OEM metal fabricating pulley shaft with black e-coat for tracked vehicle. According to customer’s design and drawings, steel fabricating by cutting, stamping, machining and bending, after fine black e-coating, then assembling with all hardware accessories.

All dimensional inspection including straightness, flatness, parallelism and squareness before surface treatment. Coat thickness, color deviation, salt spray testing, coating adhesive force will be tested after surface treatment, and other testing according to our customer required.

Different material we use as carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum for pulley of vehicles, crawler,  agriculture machinery parts , track system , roller, machinery equipment, etc.
