According to customer’s design, drawings or 3D model, or even sample, we manufacture metal stamping parts by process of cutting, stamping, deep drawing, bending, machining and welding with zinc plating surface treatment, then assembling with all hardware accessories.

All dimensional inspection including straightness, flatness, parallelism and squareness before surface treatment. Coat thickness, color deviation, salt spray testing, coating adhesive force will be tested after surface treatment, and other testing according to our customer required.
